  • Under the direction of the CEO and as a member of the Executive Team, the EVP serves as the senior development executive at Accessia Health, providing strategic leadership and oversight of all fundraising, business development, and partnership initiatives.

    This position works across the senior team to facilitate strategic alignment and foster relationships that could result in business opportunities for advancement. Success measurements in the position focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets, leadership and staff management, external relationships, and collaboration with other departments for program implementation.

    This person must work with internal and external partners and other organizations, providing exposure for program impact in a variety of professional groups, associations, and media outlets.

  • (Hybrid, Local)

    The EVP of Operations serves as a member of the Executive team and reports directly to the President. This position merges the responsibilities of both the EVP of Information Systems and EVP of Operations, allowing one person to lead both technological strategies and overall operational efficiency within Accessia Health.

    The position requires a leader with a deep understanding of both technology and business operations and can thrive in a complex and fast-changing industry. This person anticipates needs and demands and works to provide logical, innovative, and creative solutions without explicit instruction.

    The successful candidate will manage a team of 5-7 direct reports and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and efficiency of our core systems and operational services.
