  • The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a critical liaison between business operations and technology. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting system requirements, and supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.

    The BSA supports mission-critical systems that enable patient access services, provider engagement, financial operations, and organizational effectiveness.

  • The Accessia Health Internship Program is designed for students completing health sciences or equivalent coursework. Interns will receive hands-on, capstone experience aligned with their academic program and career interests in health science, patient advocacy, and nonprofit operations.

    This internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students in the Greater Richmond area from accredited colleges or universities, and across all majors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in health policy, public health, health services research, patient engagement, or grassroots advocacy.

  • The Internal Control Analyst executes established audit programs and performs structured internal control testing to ensure compliance with internal policies, funding requirements, and regulatory standards. This role documents findings, analyzes trends, and escalates identified control variances for leadership review.

  • The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, caregivers, and authorized representatives seeking assistance. This role provides accurate information regarding program eligibility, application requirements, and available resources while ensuring timely and compliant documentation processing.

    The PSR performs structured eligibility review, data entry, and documentation management in accordance with HIPAA, internal policies, and funding requirements.
